Joshua Curd is an engineer advising on renewable energy infrastructure projects throughout the Pacific and Aotearoa.

Recent projects include scoping and feasibility studies for outer atoll centralised solar/battery electrification projects in Micronesia, construction supervision of ground-mount solar farms in Nauru and FSM, and project management of prime power diesel generator integration into the power and control networks in Tarawa, Kiribati. Josh will support Kākāriki to accelerate decarbonisation for NZ by calmly problem solving with integrity, observation,careful thought, attention to important details, and good judgement.

He has completed a Masters of Engineering (with Distinction) in Renewable Energy Systems, a Postgraduate Diploma in Technology in Energy Management, and a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Mechatronics
